Saturday at Truck Festival 2024 began with the iconic Mr. Motivator, whose energetic workout session on the Main Stage is a festival tradition that never fails to lift spirits. The day continued with a range of performances, starting with SOFY and Sundara Karma. SOFY’s witty lyrics and fresh pop sound set a playful tone, while Sundara Karma’s dreamy indie rock captivated the early crowd with their ethereal melodies.


Mouth Culture brought an energetic set to The Nest, blending alt-rock and pop-punk to great effect.

Later, Fat Dog delivered one of the weekend’s standout moments, with their high-octane performance drawing massive queues outside The Nest. Their punk-infused sound and wild stage antics created an electric atmosphere, making them a must-see band in the future.

Over on the Market Stage, 86TVs showcased their polished indie pop, leaving a lasting impression with their catchy hooks and charismatic performance.

The Pigeon Detectives took the Main Stage with a nostalgic set, delivering indie rock classics like Take Her Back and I Found Out. Originally scheduled for a smaller stage, their moved set to the Main Stage proved to be a brilliant decision, drawing a massive crowd.

Sophie Ellis-Bextor brought disco glamour to the Main Stage, performing hits like Take Me Home and Murder on the Dancefloor. Her joyous set had the entire crowd dancing, creating a vibrant and nostalgic atmosphere.

Rumors of a surprise appearance by Frank Turner on the Virgins & Veterans Stage proved true, as Turner delivered a heartfelt solo set that felt intimate and personal. His folk-punk anthems and engaging storytelling resonated deeply with the crowd, making it a highlight of the weekend.

Saturday’s headliners, Wet Leg, closed the Main Stage with a quirky and charismatic performance. Tracks like Wet Dream and Chaise Longue had the crowd singing along, while their playful energy and self-aware humor made for a fun and memorable end to the day.
